Yesterday I called worried about my dry eyes and a young lady named Elgin was so sweet. She took the time to listen* and then the time to thoroughly explain what my issue was. She actually seemingly really cared. I was relieved about my eyes but her kindness made my day. I highly recommend ⭐️
