What is computer vision syndrome?

How to prevent & treat computer vision syndrome
Computer vision syndrome is very common among frequent computer users these days but thankfully there are ways you can both prevent and treat it if it does occur. First, make sure you are taking 20-second breaks from your computer every 20 minutes to alleviate eyestrain symptoms.
Changing your lighting setup is also a good idea (natural light is best). Also, make sure you adjust the brightness level on your monitor for optimal viewing comfort. Finally, it is important to schedule regular comprehensive eye exams if you wear glasses or contact lenses.
